As the nation’s capital, it is not surprising #Jakarta has the highest score for digital infrastructure at 100 as every area in Jakarta has access to both 3G and 4G connectivity. The #ICT Utilization pillar also contributes to Jakarta’s high score sitting at 85.02. Cell phone ownership and internet access has also earned Jakarta a perfect score.
